These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment and participation in training courses offered by Achievers College (RTO Code: 46119), located at Level 1/546 Marion Rd, Plympton Park SA 5038, Adelaide, South Australia.
By enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement. Achievers College reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
All course fees are listed on our website and in course brochures. Fees include training materials and assessment. Achievers College does not collect more than $1,500 in advance from any individual student.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or in person. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the course unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

All students must provide a valid USI to receive their Statement of Attainment or qualification. If you do not have a USI, you can create one at www.usi.gov.au. Achievers College can assist you with this process.
Assessment is conducted through a combination of online knowledge questions and practical observations in simulated real-life conditions. Students who are not yet competent will be given the opportunity to be re-assessed at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment. Certificates are generally issued within one business day. Replacement certificates incur a fee of $10.
Achievers College recognises qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other RTOs. Students seeking RPL or credit transfer should contact us prior to enrolment.
Achievers College has a formal complaints and appeals process. If you wish to make a complaint or appeal an assessment decision, please contact us at info@achieverscollege.com.au. Full details are available in our Student Handbook.

Achievers College will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government directives.
Achievers College reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of material changes.
